The Arborist Direct Edinburgh Tree Surgeon team is still hard at work throughout lockdown from Clovenstone where we are based through to Corstorphine and Morningside in the city out to Portobello and Newhaven. While lockdown restrictions are in place we are still able to cover many jobs where it is possible to work within the current restrictions.

At this time of year pruning can still safely be carried out on many types of tree as their sap is not moving so quickly and it causes less stres to the tree. our arborists and tree surgeons are all experienced and will be able to advise you on what work can be carried out and when. Wind, storms and snow through the winter can also cause damage to trees and branches and can cause them to become unsafe or partially broken. If this happens often the best thing to do is remove the damages section of tree so that there is no risk to people or property below.
